Creating Your Account and Verifying Your Email

Setting up your Fieldpost account takes about two minutes. Here’s exactly what to expect.

Step 1: Company and Login Details

Start by visiting the signup page and entering:

  • Company name — This is the name your whole team will see. You can change it later in settings.
  • Work email — Use your company email address. This will be your login.
  • Password — Must be at least 10 characters and include both uppercase and lowercase letters.

You’ll also need to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before continuing.

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

After setting your login credentials, you’ll fill out your profile:

  • First and last name — How you’ll appear to your team
  • Phone number — Select your country code and enter your number
  • Industry — Helps us tailor your experience
  • Company size — Lets us recommend the right plan
  • Your role — Your job title or function
  • How you heard about us — Optional, but helpful

Verifying Your Email

After completing signup, you’ll receive a verification email at the address you provided.

  1. Open the email from Fieldpost
  2. Click the verification link
  3. You’ll be redirected to the app with a confirmation message

Once verified, you’re all set. You can log in on the web at app.fieldposthq.com or download the mobile app and sign in with the same credentials.

Signing Up via Team Invite

If someone on your team has already created a Fieldpost company account, they can invite you by email. You’ll receive an invitation with a link to create your personal account and join the existing company — no need to set up a new company.
