Navigating the Web Dashboard
Last updated February 14, 2025
The web dashboard is your home base for managing projects, building reports, and handling team settings. Here’s a quick tour of the main interface.
Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar is your primary navigation. It includes links to:
- Home — Your dashboard overview with recent projects and activity
- Search — Full advanced search with filters
- Projects — Browse and manage all your projects
- Reports — View reports across all projects
- Team — Manage team members and invitations
- Settings — Account, company, and billing settings
You can collapse the sidebar by clicking the toggle arrow at the bottom. This gives you more screen space when working on projects. The collapsed state is remembered between sessions.
Header Bar
At the top of every page you’ll find:
- Search bar — A global search that works from any page. Type to find projects, photos, notes, reports, or team members. You can also press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to jump to search from anywhere.
- Notification bell — Shows a badge when you have unread notifications like @mentions or new photo uploads. Click to see your recent notifications without leaving the current page.
- Logout — Sign out of your account.
Dashboard Home
The home page shows your most recent active projects (up to six) as cards. Each card displays:
- The project’s latest photo as a thumbnail
- Photo and video counts
- The last updated date
If you haven’t created any projects yet, you’ll see a prompt to create your first one.
Mobile Responsiveness
On smaller screens, the sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu in the top-left corner. Tap it to access the same navigation links. The layout adapts to give you the most usable space on any device.
